Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer. The best way is to be protected from sun for avoiding skin cancer. Begin to use sun protection in childhood period because 80% of lifelong sun exposure emerges under 18 years of age. Infants less than six months of age should not be exposed to sun for a long time. If not so, sun protections should be used.
